FAOT offers a wide variety of OT services including:

• assessment of fine/gross motor skills
• assessment of sensory processing skills
• individualized treatment sessions
• consultation to address difficulties at school and/or at home

Assessments may include one or more of the following:

• standardized and non-standardized testing
• parent questionnaire, interview or feedback
• clinical observation

Service Fees

The fee for an OT assessment is $120.

The fee for an OT treatment session is $100.

Additional fees may apply if travel is required outside Markham area.

A session includes approximately 45 minutes of direct client time as well as 5-10 minutes discussion with parents regarding assessment findings and/or recommendations.  Our fee also includes therapists’ travel time to and from your location as well as documentation time.

Employee benefits packages often provide coverage for Occupational Therapy services.  We provide receipts that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement or used for claiming tax deductions.

Service Locations

We currently provide services in Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, and North York. 

All services are provided at the client’s home.
